Given all the complexities associated with managing a cloud computing environment, many internal IT organizations will need a little extra help. The core issue is that most IT organizations don’t apply a lot of sophistication when it comes to managing IT. Many are trying to address this lack of IT maturity by embracing concepts such as the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
