Venetica was acquired by IBM in October 2004. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, Venetica was a pioneer and leading provider of content integration software. Through a number of customer engagements, Venetica conceptualized and built VeniceBridge, a middleware content integration platform that ties together multiple content repositories and sources. Larry Bohn served on Venetica's Board of Directors.
