• Follow signs to Harvard Square exit.
• Once on the street level, proceed down Brattle Street.
• Bear left onto Eliot Street.
• Turn right onto Bennett Street (The Charles Hotel is on the corner of Bennett Street and University Road).
• Enter the plaza area to the left of the entrance to The Charles Hotel.
• 20 University Road is the building diagonally across from the entrance to the plaza.
• We're on the fourth floor.
